Our Adel warm-roof project documents a rooflight opening, kerb and GRP roof build-up. Upstand height, waterproof junctions and drainage should be discussed alongside the flat roof covering.

Does a leak mean the window needs replacing?
Not necessarily. The surrounding covering or flashings may be responsible. We inspect the roof details before recommending repair or replacement.
Can roof window work be included in a re-roof?
Discuss it before the roof is specified. Window surrounds and flashing details need to suit the new tile or slate and be included in the agreed scope.
