Roof Repairs in Leeds

Most roofs don't need replacing. They need the one thing that's failed putting right. We'll find where the water is actually getting in, tell you what it needs, and fix it properly rather than patching over it.

What customers say

Reviews from real jobs · Read them all

“After our roof started leaking, we received some quotes from a few different roofers. Some told us that the roof was irreparable by and tried to convince us we urgently needed a new roof. Joe then came out and told us the roof wasn't as bad as we had thought and that it could be repaired. They were lovely guys who went above and beyond for us, all at a very good price! Thanks so much for putting our minds at ease and for doing a great job repairing our roof. 10/10 - would definitely recommend! When we do eventually get a new roof, Regal Roofers will be the top of our list!”

Before you book a repair

Straight answers, before anyone climbs a ladder.

Do you do emergency repairs?

Yes. If water is coming in, ring us. We'll get to you as quickly as we can and talk you through what to do in the meantime.

Do I need a whole new roof?

Often not. If a repair will sort the problem properly, that's what we'll recommend. We only suggest a full re-roof when the roof genuinely needs it.

Can you tell me the cost over the phone?

Send us photos on WhatsApp or with the form and we can often give you a rough online estimate. The fixed written price comes after we've been out to look, because roof problems look very different close up.

What if it's still leaking afterwards?

Tell us straight away and we'll come back and look at it.

Getting the right roof repair

The useful question is where water gets in, not simply where the damp patch appears.

Tell us what you have noticed

Let us know when the leak happens, whether it follows wind-driven rain and which room is affected. Photographs of the inside and the roof taken safely from ground level can help us plan a visit. Do not climb onto the roof to investigate.

Check adjoining details

Water can travel beneath tiles before appearing indoors. Valleys, ridges, roof windows and chimney flashings may need checking alongside the covering. A flat extension roof has different details; see our flat roofing service.

A fault at a dormer top, cheek or window junction can be described using the dormer roofing guide. Water spilling from the gutter has a different starting point: see the gutter and roofline guide. These specialist pages help separate adjoining details from the main covering without assuming that every roof leak needs the same repair.

Understand the recommended work

Your quote should explain the proposed repair and access needed. If the roof is too worn for a lasting repair, we explain why and discuss replacement roofing rather than repeatedly patching the same area.
