What this project shows

Real work, with the scope and photographs retained from the original project.

The roofing details

The documented scope includes the dormer top, the tiled front roof and two Velux windows. These are connected roofing details to discuss when agreeing a dormer quotation. This project is also linked to our roof window service so the window surrounds can be considered alongside the covering.

Photographs 01 and 02 follow the cheek from construction to tiling; 03 shows the felted top and 04 a roof window in the new tiles. Compare the surfaces separately when describing a similar enquiry. The dormer repair and re-covering guide explains how to distinguish a top-covering issue from work at the cheeks or junctions, while our roof-window service covers the window detail. The location of this recorded job remains Roundhay.
